In addition to the many environmentally friendly changes we have made in the production of Boulder Canyon natural kettle chips, we are also purchasing Renewable Energy Credits cover 100% of Boulder Canyon operations to support clean, green energy.

Our purchase will prevent as many as 3,421,989 pounds of carbon dioxide from being emitted into the atmosphere annually. This had the equivalent to one of the following environmental benefits:

- Removing 284 cars from the road for a year
- Converting 205 average U.S. households to renewable energy for a year
- The amount of CO2 absorbed annually be protecting 352 acres of forest
